Rental
The landlord rents out linen and various other products, all hereinafter referred to as packages.
The parties enter into an agreement regarding the rental of the ordered packages
Rented packages are delivered and collected again by the landlord at the specified holiday address.
Payment
In the event of a transfer, the tenant is obliged to make the payment at least 24 hours before the start of the rental period. In case of a last-minute order, you will receive a payment link from us.
Cash payment is not possible.

Cancellation
An order can be canceled without giving a reason up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period.
The rental amount paid will be refunded within 14 days, minus € 2.00 administration costs.
Any unused packages during the rental period will not be settled.

Damage or loss
The tenant is liable for damage or loss. Discoloration due to washing of rented linen is considered damage.
The tenant is obliged to report any damage to the landlord upon receipt on the first day of the rental period.
The landlord is obliged to replace it or to reimburse the rental amount if it is no longer available.
The renter declares to have checked that all rented packages have been returned at the end of the rental period.
Missing or damaged packages will be charged at a replacement cost.

Liability
The lessor is expressly not liable for (injury) damage that the tenant, and/or the person using the packages, incurs during the rental period.
The lessor declares that he is insured for legal liability and also for his fellow users of the packages.

Disputes
Disputes arising from this agreement must be submitted to the court in Leeuwarden, regardless of the domicile/habitual residence of the tenant.
